The W3PHB-R EchoLink node is back up and running. It is currently configured to operate through the PARA 164.640- repeater in Chester Hill Borough (Just South of Philipsburg).
The connection is operational.
Some audio level tweaking is still necessary and there remains a connectivity
issue with some EchoLink stations, but it is usable.
