The Philipsburg Amateur Radio Association is pleased to announce that Paul Lowes W3PRL
of Grampian successfully passed the FCC amateur radio General Class examination
on Tuesday Octiber 14th.
Paul W3PRL sat for the exam at the State College testing session and successfully
passed the exam. Paul is now W3PRL/AG… at least until the FCC database is updated.
Then he’ll be W3PRL again. If you see Paul or hear him on the air, be sure to
congratulate him.
