The Philipsburg Amateur Radio Association has announced that Filip J. Cerny, AB3HK, is the recipient of the 2011 Ham of the Year award.
Filip has been active with PARA events and activities, helping out whenever possible. He has served as trustee for the PARA owned W3PHB repeaters for the past four years and is always helping out with the various PARA events activities. Filip has always made time to help fellow hams out and is very deserving of this award.
